Change is sweeping through our world with increasing speed—often so quickly that we barely have time to prepare, let alone integrate one wave before the next arrives. Like the grain of sand in the oyster that becomes the pearl, the challenges we encounter in daily life can become catalysts for growth, shaping us in unexpected and beautiful ways. At other times, these experiences can feel overwhelming or traumatic, leaving deep imprints on body, mind, and spirit.

Psychodynamic Therapy & Transformational Coaching

I offer depth-oriented psychotherapy and transformational coaching grounded in Jungian and psychodynamic traditions. My work supports people navigating transitions, inner conflict, and questions of meaning—creating space for insight, integration, and lasting change.

Depth psychology understands human experience as guided by an innate movement toward balance, meaning, and wholeness. When life events, unintegrated experiences, or internal conflicts interrupt this movement, we may feel stuck, fragmented, or out of alignment. Depth-oriented work listens closely to what is asking for attention—supporting insight, integration, and a more authentic way of being.

An Alchemical Process

My work weaves together Jungian, psychodynamic, and somatic perspectives, engaging the full spectrum of experience—psychological, embodied, and symbolic. Whether approached therapeutically or through a coaching lens, it invites reflection on inner patterns and life movements, supporting insight, alignment, and meaningful change.

Challenges such as anxiety, creative impasses, or periods of transition are approached not only as difficulties to resolve, but as meaningful signals pointing toward growth and integration.

People come to this work for many reasons—navigating transitions, working through emotional or relational patterns, seeking clarity, or exploring questions of meaning and direction. Some arrive during periods of struggle; others are oriented toward growth, integration, or change. This way of working meets you where you are, offering a thoughtful, steady process that unfolds in its own time, guided by what feels most alive and essential.
